We had a most wonderful family vacation in celebration of my Birthday in June 1999 - staying at La Fornace at Calcione - seven of us under one roof - plenty of space, most adequate comfortable accommodation and wonderful walks.
The surrounding scenery was quiet, tranquil and peaceful. My favourite pass time was watching the fireflies from the windows in the evenings, lighting up the darkness.
